I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, enriching my approach with elements from schema therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. This means that I am working together with you on finding solutions for your current problems and challenges. It is important for me to have a closer look at your biography and your past: What we grew up with, what we learned throughout our life has a great influence on how we feel and act today. As soon as we understand how and why we work a certain way, we can find strategies to cope with our difficult patterns and problems. I am happy to find these strategies together with you. In my work, I value empathy, respect, trust and transparency, since I want to create an atmosphere where you can feel safe and seen. It is important for me that we meet on an equal footing.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a so-called “Kassensitz”. That means that I can only offer treatment if you are either willing to cover the costs yourself, or if you have a private health insurance. If you are insured by the Beihilfe or Heilfürsorge, costs are usually covered. The costs per session (including the initial consultation) are based on the fee schedule for psychotherapists (GOP).
